HST is payable on all fees. Boardroom booking, catering and parking are extra. Catering is available upon request with 48 hours notice. For travel West of Hamilton, North of Barrie, and East of Oshawa, a travel charge of $100.00 per hour will apply.  Any travel requiring driving outside of Toronto, a kilometre charge will also be applied. 

Cancellations made within 30 days or less of the scheduled mediation date are subject to a cancellation fee of $600.00 plus disbursements and HST. If a mediation is rescheduled within 30 days of the original date the above fees are waived.
